What's new?

"Delivers each of her roles with comic precision.” -Christine Howey, Cleveland Scene

January 01, 2018

I'm excited to be trekking up to the Rocky Mountains this winter to play Kacie in Lindsey Ferrentino's stunning play, UGLY LIES THE BONE, at the Lake Dillon Theatre in Silverthorne, Colorado. March 2nd - March 18th.

About the play:

"After three tours in Afghanistan, Jess finally returns to Florida. In a small town on the Space Coast, as the final shuttle is about to launch, Jess must confront her scars – and a home that may have changed even more than her. Experimenting with a pioneering virtual reality therapy, she builds a breathtaking new world where she can escape her pain. There, she begins to restore her relationships, her life and, slowly, herself."

I'm still pinching myself a little from this one. For my work in Heidi Schreck's beautiful play, GRAND CONCOURSE, I received a nomination for the Barrymore Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Play. The Theatre Horizon production also received a nomination for David Bardeen's work as Frog, with Theatre Horizon receiving a total of NINE nominations for their tremendous 2016-2017 Season.

April 26, 2018

I'm thrilled to be returning to Theatre Horizon in Philadelphia in the Spring to play Alf in Peter and the Starcatcher.

Swashbuckling storytellers and musicians use handmade magic and effortless flights of fancy to upend the century-old story of how an orphan boy becomes the legendary Peter Pan. This epic, song-filled adventure is directed by Matthew Decker, Barrymore-Award winning director of Into the Woods. This 5-time Tony Award winning show is for ages 9 to 99!

SAMARIA gets it's world premiere

September 24, 2016

My latest film, SAMARIA, will receive it's world premiere at the URBAN WORLD FESTIVAL on Saturday September 24th. Led by award winning writer-director Kiel Adrian Scott, and with a score by Grammy nominated artist, Christian Scott, SAMARIA also features Tatyana Ali (Fresh Prince of Bel Air), Demetrius Grosse (Straight Outta Compton, Justified) and Katie Wren Witty.

The response to GRAND CONCOURSE and it's IMAGINE NO HUNGER social service project has been tremendous! Reviews are in, and the show is a hit with critics and audiences alike. My performance as Shelley has been called "compelling", "commanding and nuanced", and "an affecting blend of toughness and vulnerability."

Much Ado About Nothing

I'll be joining the beautiful and talented folks at Theater of Woodshill for their one night only performance of MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING at the historic Riverside Church, November 7th.

February 03, 2017

I'll be playing Shelley, a nun who works at a Bronx soup kitchen, in Heidi Schreck's fascinating and thought provoking play, Grand Concourse. Grand Concourse, directed by Beth Lopes,  will play Feb 3-26 at Theatre Horizon in Philadelphia.

ALMOST, MAINE July 21st-September 3rd Lake Theatre

Currently starring in the Lake Theatre's (Lake George, NY) current hit production of Almost, Maine, running through September 3rd. Audiences and critics alike are calling it the best production they've seen at the Lake Theatre in 49 years!

Working with John Cariani (Something Rotten) on his newest play, LAST GAS, directed by Brendan Burke at Shadowland Stages. I play Cherry-Tracy Pulcifer, a forest ranger with a penchant for writing tickets and a weakness for the guy who got away. Last Gas plays through June 19th and is the Hudson Valley Premiere of this surprising romatic comedy by the writer of Almost, Maine
